  • Please wait until the evening before pickup or first thing in the morning to put out your trash and recycle waste. That way, animals don’t have as much opportunity to rip into trash bags and scatter trash.
  • Please retrieve your trash can or recycling bin within 24 hours after pickup occurs.
  • Trash cans, lids and recycling bins should be marked with house number so that a helpful neighbor can retrieve your container if you are out of town or forget.
  • Trash should be placed in rigid trash cans with tamper resistant lids pursuant to County Law.

Recycling collection occurs on Wednesday. Collection is done by Montgomery County.

Knowing how to recycle correctly is important to ensure your recyclables are collected. Please click here for information on how to “Recycle Right” in Montgomery County.

Homeowners may contact the HOA’s trash contractor, J&J Trash Service to schedule a bulk trash collection. J&J can be reached at 1-800-465-2350 and will require a minimum notice of 72 hours in advance. If items are placed out for pickup and not picked up due to their size and/or quantity), you are still responsible for removing them from the property. You may take them to the County Solid Waste Transfer Station (at Route 355 and Shady Grove Road in Rockville) or arrange for a private hauler to remove them. If you fail to remove them, the HOA will have to them removed and disposed of, and the owner will be billed for the cost.

Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November starting at 6:00 PM.

Visit the Residents page for information on how to participate.
